Avon Way House Amenities
For some well-deserved downtime, residents of Avon Way House can enjoy a host of indoor activities, including a cinema room, pool room, games room and more, with a student café and vending machines across the site. There are also shared kitchens to cook and eat together, and even a gym/studio area for you to exercise in.
During the summer, residents can enjoy spending time outdoors in the communal gardens, where there’s plenty of room to relax, socialise, and enjoy the warm summer air.
University of Essex students living at Avon Way House will also have access to parking spaces and bike racks, with CCTV cameras across the site to provide security.
Transport links are very accessible, with a bus station out the front of the accommodation to make that trip to central Colchester or the University of Essex campus that bit shorter.
