Our 3 Bedroom Classic Apartments at Avon Way House are a great choice for smaller groups of students looking for somewhere to live and enjoy their studies.
Our apartments are in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the University of Essex Colchester Campus, surrounded by its own spacious grounds with beautiful countryside views.
Students can enjoy a range of amenities that come with our Classic 3 Bedroom Apartments, including a cosy kitchen space with a cooker, hob, and separate fridge freezer, as well as a furnished lounge and dining area. Each bedroom is 90.5 sq. ft., comes with a comfortable 4ft (small double) bed, ample storage space, and a study area.
The accommodation offers free unlimited WiFi throughout the premises. Additionally, the student hub provides a trendy space to socialise and unwind, equipped with a studio gym, cinema room, study area, games room, a student cafe, and vending machines for late-night cravings.

What if there are no Classic 3 Bed Apartments available?
Our apartments are let on a first come first serve basis. If our Classic 3 bed apartments are not available, you can explore other accommodation options, including studio, 2 bed, 3 bed, 4 bed and 6 bed apartments.
How can I access my Beyond The Box account information?
You can access your Beyond The Box account information through our tenant portal. This contains all of your relevant account details with us, including your current contract.
